ICT Policy Development

• to develop ICT policies and legislation that support the development of an ICT sector that creates conditions for accelerated and shared growth of the South African economy, which positively impacts on the well-being of all our people and is sustainable;
• Develop strategies that increasse the uptake ad usage of ICT's by the public, thus maximising the impact of the ICT's in service delivery, nation building and social cohesion as well as creating conditions for a better life for all; and
• Provide a base for informe, timely, forward-looking and proactive ICT policy decision-making in the Department and sector as a whole and to evaluate the impact of those policies, laws and strategies on improving the lives of Kenyan employees
